This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of konspekt.ai and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to follow it.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises or endangers minors in any way;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities;
- infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- contains personal data of others that you have no lawful basis to process.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass, exploit, or manipulate credit limits, billing, or rate limits.
- Scraping, crawling, or using automated bots to extract data from the Platform.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code or models except as permitted by law.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Platform without authorisation, or interfering with its normal operation.
- Reselling or redistributing the service or generated outputs in breach of these terms.
- Using the Platform to develop a competing service or to train competing AI models.
3. Responsible Use of AI
AI output can be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated materials before using them, especially with students. Do not present unverified AI output as authoritative fact.
4. Educator Responsibilities
If you invite students (including via class codes), you are responsible for using the Platform in compliance with applicable child-protection and education laws, and for obtaining any consents required for learners in your care.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report violations to support@konspekt.ai.
